Yoga Classes

I am moving my yoga offerings to an online platform. This will take a bit of time. Stay tuned for the new developments!

Class Details: We will be exploring various yoga flows to activate chakra energy centers, and to bring mindfulness to various concepts related to energy, health and yoga concepts. Class will begin with opening concepts, breathing exercises, followed by an all levels Vinyasa flow, ending with a time for savasana/meditation. Beginners are welcome, there are many variations and options for yoga poses that account for flexibility and mobility.
