Event Details: We begin with some easy light yoga and a short discussion for the evening to prepare body/mind/spirit for the sound bath. Following yoga, you will settle into supported Savasana for a 45-50 minute sound bath with intermittent chanting. We close the evening with a time for sharing and integration following the soundbath. Yoga mats are socially distanced, I provide yoga mats if needed. Additionally I provide bolsters for support, I have blankets. Please bring as needed additional blankets, layers, and support for your warmth and comfort.
